Truly a labor of love. Karen Kelly, owner of Beachview B&B was compelled to protect the property at 1701 Butler Ave. In the lot next to the B&B, she put up an old timey pavilion that is perfect for weddings and events so that nothing else could ever be constructed there. Preserving the Tybee architecture that the main house showcases, the pavilion is a perfect companion.

When a couple chooses to have their blessed event at Beachview, they get a ‘wedding weekend’. Their guests and wedding party stay at the 8 room perfectly appointed 100 year old beach house. Most wedding ceremonies take place on the beach which is only a block away, then walk back to their reception in the pavilion. The venue can accommodate up to 80 guests.
